Emily McFarland, Big Sky Watershed Corps Member, Crown Managers Partnership, Flathead Lake Biological Station

Emily is the 2025 Big Sky Watershed Corps member working with the Crown Managers Partnership and is eager to collaborate with organizations throughout the Crown of the Continent.

Emily is originally from Wisconsin, where she received a B.A. from Lawrence University in Environmental Studies and International Relations with a minor in geology.

Though new to CMP, Emily has worked with the Montana Conservation Corps out of the Northern Rockies field office in Kalispell, MT where she was a member of the wildlife restoration field team. During her term of service with MCC, she had the privilege to spend two months working and living in the Bob Marshall Wilderness combating the spread of invasive weeds.
