Forest Moulton
Recreation Management Specialist for the US Forest Service
I started working for the Forest Service in Trails as a Student Conservation Association intern in 2004, stationed at Shafer Meadows in the Great Bear Wilderness. I continued to work for the Spotted Bear Ranger District for 10 seasons as a Forest Service seasonal employee, and I was stationed all three work centers throughout my time there (Schafer, Big Prairie, Spotted Bear). I also worked 1 year for the Swan Lake Ranger District starting in 2014 before landing my first permanent job as the Trails Manager for the Lincoln Ranger District in the summer of 2015. I have been in Lincoln ever since then and was recently promoted to the head of the Recreation Program here in the summer of 2021.
